Echo Tech / Sonographer - Full Time - Mornings
NewYork-Presbyterian is a leading institution for Heart and Heart Surgery. This role involves completing echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms for outpatient and inpatients. Techs also support TAVR and RAMP cases done in the Cath Labs for pre and post imaging.

Responsibilities

• Complete echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms for outpatient and inpatients
• Support TAVR and RAMP cases done in the Cath Labs for pre and post imaging
• Work Wednesday - Saturday
• Specific shifts: Wednesday 6:00am - 4:00pm, Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm, Saturday 6:00am - 3:30pm

Requirements

• Pediatric Echocardiography (PE)
• Adult Echocardiography (AE)
• Experience in a hospital setting
• High school diploma or GED
• Cardiovascular Ultrasound Program Graduate
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within 1 year of hire
• At least 1 year of experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support - AHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Cardiovascular Ultrasound Program Graduate
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within 1 year of hire
• At least 1 year of experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support - AHA

Skills

• Knowledge of cardiovascular ultrasound techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay

$59.85-$71.51/Hourly

Schedule

Full time, working Wednesday - Saturday
