About the role
We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 Developer (80% development / 20% business analysis) to lead the design, development, integration, customization, and support of enterprise applications within a Microsoft-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and enterprise integrations
- Develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365, .NET/C#, Azure services, Dataverse, REST APIs, and SQL Server
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business and technical requirements
- Develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and cloud-based integration patterns
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, development standards, and best practices
- Support CI/CD deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Git
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective solutions
- Support Dynamics 365 upgrades, enhancements, modernization initiatives, and ongoing platform improvements
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on development practices and enterprise application solutions
- Provide ongoing production support for business-critical applications and integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of software development experience with enterprise applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, customization, and integration
- Strong development experience with .NET/C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, or Service Bus
- Strong SQL query writing experience with SQL Server and/or MySQL
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Agile development, and CI/CD practices
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, application architecture, and integration patterns
- Exposure to React or modern front-end development preferred
- Experience troubleshooting production applications and performing root cause analysis
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and take ownership of technical initiatives
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Pay
$100,000–130,000 annually. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
