Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business transactions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations for management.
- Stay updated on relevant anti-corruption and healthcare compliance laws and regulations.
- Work independently and maintain strong attention to detail while analyzing data for patterns and inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Preferred certifications: CCEP, TASA, or other appropriate compliance certifications.
- Healthcare compliance experience preferred.
- Previous audit experience preferred.
- Familiarity with US and international anti-corruption laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with US healthcare compliance laws and regulations.
- Exposure to US and international sales operations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data for patterns and inconsistencies.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with partners around the globe.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of US and international anti-corruption laws and regulations.
- Understanding of US healthcare compliance laws and regulations.
- Experience with US and international sales operations.
