Responsibilities

• The coordination of services and supports
• Coordination of Staff Assignments
• Focus on the CQL’s Quality Measures
• Compliance with CCI Policies and Procedures
• Compliance with 6400 Regulations
• Educate people about their rights, and encourage people to exercise their rights
• Assure that staff are assisting people to:
• Achieve/realize Personal Goals
• Meet basic Personal Care needs
• Meet Health and Dietary needs
• Experience Home Life
• Experience Community Life
• Have Safety and Security
• Work together with other staff to promote a safe, healthy and productive environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid PA, Ohio or West Virginia driver’s license
• Minimum of one (1) year experience providing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities
• Experience in residential setting preferred
• Excellent references, both personal and professional
• Act 34 and FBI clearances if applicable
