Responsibilities
- The coordination of services and supports
- Coordination of Staff Assignments
- Focus on the CQL’s Quality Measures
- Compliance with CCI Policies and Procedures
- Compliance with 6400 Regulations
- Educate people about their rights, and encourage people to exercise their rights
- Assure that staff are assisting people to:
- Achieve/realize Personal Goals
- Meet basic Personal Care needs
- Meet Health and Dietary needs
- Experience Home Life
- Experience Community Life
- Have Safety and Security
- Work together with other staff to promote a safe, healthy and productive environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid PA, Ohio or West Virginia driver’s license
- Minimum of one (1) year experience providing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities
- Experience in residential setting preferred
- Excellent references, both personal and professional
- Act 34 and FBI clearances if applicable
