About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with 7+ years of professional software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and modern software development practices. The candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
Build scalable and secure applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET Core/.NET.
Develop RESTful Web APIs and microservices.
Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and T-SQL.
Develop data-access layers using Entity Framework Core and ADO.NET.
Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established design patterns.
Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
Integrate applications with internal and third-party systems through APIs and messaging platforms.
Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues.
Write unit, integration, and automated tests.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Work closely with QA, DevOps, product owners, architects, and business teams.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.
Monitor production applications and contribute to performance optimization and reliability.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and full software development lifecycle activities.

Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core.
Experience developing RESTful Web APIs.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Strong experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
Experience with microservices and distributed application architectures.
Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
Experience with Git and source-control workflows.
Experience writing unit and integration tests.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, or other cloud services.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
Experience with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging platforms.
Experience with Redis or other distributed caching technologies.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and enterprise authentication.
Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Application Insights, Splunk, or ELK.
Experience mentoring development teams and contributing to technical architecture.
