About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with 7+ years of professional software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer capable of owning complex application development from technical design through production deployment, demonstrating strong C#/.NET fundamentals, modern API and microservices experience, excellent database skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
  • Build scalable and secure applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET Core/.NET.
  • Develop RESTful Web APIs and microservices.
  • Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Develop data-access layers using Entity Framework Core and ADO.NET.
  • Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established design patterns.
  • Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Integrate applications with internal and third-party systems through APIs and messaging platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues.
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps, product owners, architects, and business teams.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.
  • Monitor production applications and contribute to performance optimization and reliability.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and full software development lifecycle activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core.
  • Experience developing RESTful Web APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
  • Experience with microservices and distributed application architectures.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
  • Experience with Git and source-control workflows.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, or other cloud services.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
  • Experience with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging platforms.
  • Experience with Redis or other distributed caching technologies.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
  • Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and enterprise authentication.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Application Insights, Splunk, or ELK.
  • Experience mentoring development teams and contributing to technical architecture.
