This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the medical lead for LC-FAOD, MPS VII and MPS IIIA, ensuring the execution of US tactical plans
- Lead the UX111 US medical launch team, developing and implementing a comprehensive medical launch strategy
- Define and achieve strategic goals that positively impact medical affairs and business outcomes
- Oversee US data generation activities and their dissemination to ensure alignment with medical needs
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leverage their insights for strategic planning
- Offer expertise in clinical and scientific data to support accurate communications
- Lead the strategy for US conferences, including educational events to enhance HCP knowledge
Qualifications
- MD with specialty training in metabolic genetics or PhD with relevant experience in LC-FAOD and MPSs
- Minimum of five years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, specifically in US medical affairs
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing medical launch strategies in the US market
- Proven leadership capabilities with a strong emphasis on collaboration in complex, ambiguous situations
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality deliverables and a sense of urgency in achieving goals
- Track record of taking initiative to drive the successful execution of projects
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an understanding of broader organizational goals
Pay
$270,500 – $334,100 annually
