• Demonstrated experience in managing sales & client service teams
• Documented success in lead generation, prospecting, and revenue enhancement

• Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree in Business and Finance or Executive MBA
• Other applicable certifications as appropriate

Level of Complexity and Scope

• Guide teams in complex product and delivery reviews and ideation to create high-performing, high-quality management routines and outputs
• Develop data framework to capture complete product performance and utilization metrics
• Provides guidance to Treasury Management Officer Team
