Senior Director, Transactions Management

Responsibilities

• Develop transaction strategies that align with client business goals and portfolio objectives
• Lead and mentor the Transaction Managers across different geographies
• Execute high-value transactions, including complex lease negotiations and purchase agreements
• Advise on industrial property requirements, providing market intelligence and transaction expertise

• Build strong relationships with client teams and manage communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in commercial real estate transaction management, with 5+ years in the industrial sector
• Experience handling transactions for office, manufacturing, and flex spaces across various markets
• Demonstrated leadership in managing transaction teams and developing talent
• Prominent success in executing complex and high-value transactions
• Expertise in lease structures and portfolio optimization, with strong financial analysis skills
