Senior Director, Training and Programs

About the role

This role is both a strategic program leader and skilled facilitator, managing a portfolio of leadership development programs from curriculum design through delivery, evaluation, and stakeholder reporting. You'll serve as lead facilitator for core programs, build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, and help shape Coro's curriculum and growth across our statewide portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership development and training
• Experience in curriculum design and delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, organizational development, psychology)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with diverse populations

Pay

$120,000 - $130,000 annually
