We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our Technology Vertical talent acquisition efforts and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy that directly supports our aggressive business growth objectives. This role will be instrumental in building the talent pipeline necessary to scale our operations, working closely with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and execute innovative recruitment solutions in a competitive market. Strategic Planning & Business Partnership Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives and expansion timelinesPartner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build workforce planning models that support short and long-term business projectionsAnalyze market conditions, competitor landscapes, and talent availability to inform strategic hiring decisionsCreate scalable recruitment processes and systems to support rapid organizational growth Specialized Recruitment Lead recruitment efforts for critical technology vertical rolesBuild and maintain extensive networks within the technology industry ecosystemDevelop specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions Team Leadership & Development Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruitment teamEstablish recruitment metrics, KPIs, and performance standards that drive business resultsProvide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities in recruitmentFoster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement Process Innovation & Technology Implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experienceDesign and optimize recruitment workflows that can scale with business growthLeverage data analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and reduce time-to-hireEstablish talent pipeline management systems and maintain proactive candidate pools Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as primary point of contact between hiring managers and the recruitment teamProvide regular reporting and insights on recruitment progress, market conditions, and talent availabilityCollaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance company visibilityBuild relationships with external partners including staffing agencies, universities, and professional organizations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field7+ years of recruitment or HR experience3+ years of recruiting or HR leadership experienceProven track record of building and scaling recruitment operations in high-growth environmentsDeep understanding of business operations, technologies, and the competitive talent landscapeExperience leading recruitment teams and managing complex, multi-location hiring initiativesStrong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for strategic decision-makingExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
