Responsibilities
- Drive budgeting and re-forecasting processes for business units aligned with financial targets
- Produce and analyze management reports to highlight key financial trends to leadership
- Develop cost allocation frameworks that align with the operating model
- Execute financial strategies by identifying and tracking initiatives for performance improvement
- Lead the multi-year strategy planning process with business-unit leadership, including investment evaluations
- Oversee internal finance processes to ensure data integrity and reporting capabilities
- Innovate FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate financial trends and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 12+ years of FP&A experience in public or large companies, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
- 7+ years of advanced financial modeling skills to transform data into strategic insights
- 5+ years leading budgeting and planning processes effectively
- 5+ years in enhancing core FP&A tools and systems
- 5+ years in building and leading high-functioning finance teams
