Senior Director, Story

About the role

The Senior Director, Story leads the creative storytelling strategy across Day One Agency's portfolio of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of narrative and brand storytelling, as well as the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive storytelling strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content that enhances brand perception and drives business results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in storytelling and branding.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand storytelling, preferably within the advertising, media, or communications industries.
• Proven track record of successfully leading storytelling initiatives and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
