Responsibilities
- Create strategic and tactical plans to improve quality standards and Star Ratings
- Develop a Medicare Star Ratings strategy to enhance member attraction and retention
- Lead cross-functional workgroups to generate quality improvement initiatives
- Manage a team of quality managers and data analysts, overseeing performance and development
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting Medicare Star Ratings; engage with industry leaders
- Implement tools and technologies for enhancing quality performance
- Conduct market analysis to inform quality strategies and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health services, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in Medicare Star Rating quality programs or related fields
- 7 years of leadership or people management experience
- Strong understanding of Medicare Star Rating regulatory requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa or sponsorship
