Senior Director Star Ratings & Quality Center of Excellence - Remote

Responsibilities

• Create strategic and tactical plans to improve quality standards and Star Ratings
• Develop a Medicare Star Ratings strategy to enhance member attraction and retention
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to generate quality improvement initiatives
• Manage a team of quality managers and data analysts, overseeing performance and development
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting Medicare Star Ratings; engage with industry leaders
• Implement tools and technologies for enhancing quality performance
• Conduct market analysis to inform quality strategies and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health services, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in Medicare Star Rating quality programs or related fields
• 7 years of leadership or people management experience
• Strong understanding of Medicare Star Rating regulatory requirements
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa or sponsorship
