Senior Director, Quality, Reinforcement and Performance Insights - Remote

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a shared definition of quality
• Define and evolve the quality performance strategy
• Translate quality expectations into execution standards across operations
• Reinforce accountability for quality at all operational levels
• Lead performance insights that guide operational focus
• Implement analytics to surface trends and risks
• Earn quality expectations into operating rhythms and workflows
• Anticipate future quality needs and evolve operating models

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in quality, performance enablement, or operations
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• Proven ability to achieve significant performance results at scale
• Understanding of operational quality management systems
• Experience in designing quality strategies for human and AI-enabled services
• Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
