Senior Director, Sourcing

For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Sourcing to manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

About the role

You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement team while managing client relationships
• Develop and execute annual sourcing plans, benchmarking third-party contractor spend
• Oversee compliance with sourcing controls and procurement playbook
• Maintain supplier performance management programs and deliver quarterly reports
• Create high-performing teams through recruitment, mentoring, and career development

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in facilities services
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred; MBA is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CPSD preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with e-procurement systems, preferably Jaggaer

Pay

$200,000 – $245,000 annually
