Senior Director, Solutions Architecture (Institutional Client Solutions)

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of tailored solutions for client business objectives
• Oversee the full presales lifecycle and collaborate with Sales on strategic opportunities
• Manage a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts, fostering a technical culture
• Conduct initial scoping and discovery, identifying requirements and defining risks
• Manage the RFP process to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Facilitate handoffs from presales to the Delivery team for smooth implementation
• Innovate and integrate AI into workflows to streamline presales and implementation processes

Qualifications

• Real assets domain expertise across capital stack and operational assets
• Experience with multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and alternative asset classes globally
• 10+ years in real estate, proptech, or consulting with team leadership experience
• Technical fluency in entity resolution and graph-based data models
• Understanding of semantic data interfaces vs. human-readable reporting
• Demonstrated thought leadership in real assets or data publishing
• Strong executive presence for client-facing strategy and solutions

Pay

$190,000 – $235,000 annually
