Senior Director, Social Media and Influencer Growth Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Social Media and Influencer Growth Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This leader will drive the strategy and operating model for social-first growth across major consumer brands. The role will shape how social media, paid amplification, and creator partnerships work together to build engaged communities and accelerate product demand. You will partner closely with creative and cross-functional teams to embed social as a measurable growth engine for the business. Location: Mountain View, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $230,000 – $290,000 annually Responsibilities Own the social-first transformation agenda and operating model for key consumer brands. Lead social media strategy for major brands to drive product demand. Develop strategies to connect brands with engaged communities. Create an integrated social ecosystem encompassing organic, paid, and influencer efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed social as a growth driver. Establish measurement frameworks linking social investments to business results. Evolve and scale the social and influencer team through hiring and coaching. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing for global brands. Experience leading transformation initiatives rather than just operations. Demonstrated ability to build social ecosystems for major brand launches. Expertise in developing influencer and creator partnerships effectively.
