Snyk is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Sales to lead a multi-layer enterprise sales organization and drive significant revenue growth. In this role, you will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on first-line manager — directly managing a team of Enterprise Account Directors while also leading a Manager who runs their own team of Mid-Market Enterprise reps. You’ll set the vision, build the culture, and roll up your sleeves to help close the most strategic deals across your region. As Senior Director, Sales at Snyk, you’ll lead one of our most complex and high-impact sales organizations.
