Senior Director, Revenue Systems

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Systems to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own the strategy, architecture, and long-term direction for revenue systems that support the business's go-to-market operations. The role will guide a high-performing technical team, strengthen engineering standards, and ensure the platform remains a trusted source of truth across the organization. It will also partner closely with business leaders to align system capabilities, governance, and AI-driven improvements with evolving operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals
• Establish modern engineering practices and processes for Salesforce operations
• Define and own the architecture and long-term strategy for revenue systems
• Serve as a technical leader and escalation point for engineering challenges
• Establish governance and controls to maintain the system as a trusted source of record
• Lead the adoption of AI to improve revenue systems operations
• Shape and communicate platform strategy and tradeoffs across business leaders

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology, systems engineering, platform engineering, or a related field, with deep Salesforce ecosystem experience
• 5+ years in leadership roles focused on Salesforce engineering, architecture, or administration
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams focused on engineering quality and ownership
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development, integrations, security, and automation
• Experience with modern Salesforce development practices like CI/CD and automated testing
• Strong architectural judgment balancing business and technical considerations
• Proven track record utilizing AI to enhance productivity and operations
