Responsibilities
- Oversee the global Revenue Cycle learning programs and maintain role-based learning pathways
- Lead structured onboarding programs using adult learning methodologies and tech-enabled platforms
- Develop comprehensive leadership training programs for all levels within the Revenue Cycle
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure adoption of enterprise training programs tailored for HMS roles
- Utilize AI-powered learning technologies to create personalized training pathways
- Establish continuing education curricula that reflect regulatory and industry changes
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and operational performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles with experience in revenue cycle learning and development, quality assurance, healthcare revenue cycle operations, or consulting
- Experience leveraging advanced AI, automation, and analytics platforms for enterprise-level training and QA operations
- Demonstrated success in scaling and optimizing teams in high-growth and complex environments
- Familiarity with shared services and managed services models, as well as managing global delivery teams
