Role Responsibilities

The Responsibilities Of The Role Will Include:

  • Leading and developing a high-energy client-facing team focused on retention and satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with client organizations
  • Strategizing consultative approaches to secure and retain 100% of the portfolio
  • Cross-selling and upselling Corpay Payables, Fleet, and Lodging products and services
  • Demonstrating financial and marketing expertise, including analysis of custom interchange rates and rebate structures
  • Participating in client RFPs and ensuring overall satisfaction with Corpay’s offerings
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure superior service delivery and customer success
  • Monitoring and negotiating client renewals, repricing, rate adjustments, and profitability
  • Attending Quarterly Business Reviews and providing benchmarking insights and growth strategies
  • Holding both Corpay and the client accountable for program performance
  • Tracking and reporting on market trends and client industry updates
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of FinTech, payment processing, and client-specific industries
  • Identifying areas for efficiency and growth within existing programs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to increase client spend and program success

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of client management or enterprise sales experience within FinTech or payment processing
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise clients and maintaining C-level relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive portfolio growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data/financial analytics, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
