The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is a key member of the North America Operations Human Resources Leadership Team with responsibility for the strategic leadership of the talent acquisition function for the Operations division of the Essilor Luxottica North American business. This role oversees the leadership of the TA Operations function across all operations businesses in US, Canada, and Mexico. The position leads strategic sourcing, recruiting, and hiring strategies across the Oakley, logistics, mass production, and prescription manufacturing business groups. Responsibilities includes setting the strategic direction for all contract and permanent hiring (including executive positions) within the operations perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Counsels Operations HR and Business Leaders in the proactive development of recruitment strategies, tools, practices and recruitment policies.
• Defines the recruiting resourcing of the NA talent acquisition team and continuously monitors and adjusts recruiting tools, workloads and requisition balance based on a flexibility model aligned to business demands and volumes.
• Leads the operations recruitment strategy for contract labor determining managed services providers, vendor contracts, KPI’s and
