Position Summary Office Location: Irvine, CA The Senior Director, Project Management - Environmental Remediation Restoration (ERR) leads the Orange County regional team in overseeing property damage repair and reconstruction projects. This role drives operational excellence by ensuring project efficiency, quality, cost control, and regulatory compliance across a large multi-family portfolio. The Senior Director partners with cross-functional leadership to mitigate future property damage, prevent water intrusion incidents, and enhance asset preservation.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of Project Managers by establishing clear performance expectations, providing continuous training, and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as cost per incident and project duration, to ensure regional project success
• Maintains ownership of standard operating procedures, process oversight, and roles and responsibilities by managing project management tool setup and configuration.
• Directs regional project performance tracking and reporting for Senior Leadership by collaborating with Facilities, Capital Projects, and Community Management to perform root cause analysis in order to reduce future
