Senior Project Director

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time project delivery, P&L accountability, and customer satisfaction
• Assist Product Development and Sales in budget and scope creation
• Manage project budget and ensure cost performance
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate with suppliers
• Develop and implement project management strategy and plans
• Monitor project progress and manage schedule metrics
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of project management experience in large power EPC projects
• 5+ years of Power Plant Design Experience
• 5+ years of experience in the nuclear industry

Pay

$154,800 – $258,000 annually
