Senior Director, Project Controls, Project & Development Services

Leads practice-scale delivery, strategy, and growth across sectors, markets, or major client portfolios. Shapes how Project Controls services are delivered and scaled across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Set project controls service strategy and delivery models
- Executive sponsor for key clients and programs
- Oversee Directors and senior leaders
- Drive talent strategy, succession planning, and capability development
- Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth
- Influence market positioning and service innovation
- Solution highly strategic or complex client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Certification preferred
- Fifteen or more years of related experience with 5 or more years of management experience required
- Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area
- Advanced project controls skills
- Expert in client relations, client management and consulting
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Expertise using cost and schedule management software
- Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field
- Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written

Pay
The compensation for the position is $148,750.00 – $175,000.00. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, collective bargaining agreements, market pay rates, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
