Senior Director, Project Based Housing
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content to these headings appropriately. The posting has Summary (could be About the role). Essential Duties and Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Qualifications -> Qualifications. Benefits -> Benefits. Schedule -> Schedule. Setting (locations) maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or placed under About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we can include sections for About the role (Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Skills? Not present. Pay not present, so omit. Also we have location list; maybe could be part of About the role or a separate "Location" but not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Also remove "Openings: 1", "Status: Full-time/Exempt/Management". Those could be minor metadata folded into a short
or dropped. Probably we can include them in a short paragraph under About the role or separate metadata paragraph. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a
for location and schedule etc? But schedule already has its own section. Location list could be part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the list of locations (multiple addresses). We'll put them in a
- under About the role maybe.
Also need to include "Setting: 100% Onsite". That's part of schedule/location.
We need to include Benefits: list: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Also later Benefits & Perks list more details. We should combine all benefits info: Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, Retirement Planning (403b) & Matching, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation Days, Paid Sick Days, Employee Assistance Plans (EAP), TELUS Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Basic Life / Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Voluntary Short- and Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Pet Insurance, Corporate Discounts: Discounts on Hotels, Theme Parks, Concerts, Movies, Restaurants & More, The People Concern University & Certificates. Also earlier list includes Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. We'll combine without duplication.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each benefit item.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

withMonday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (100% Onsite)
. Then we can drop the schedule line from About the role. Similarly, we could put Openings and Status in a short metadata paragraph under About the role or separate. The instruction: fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we can include a
with that info. Now Responsibilities section: list all essential duties. Use
- for each duty. Need to preserve all duties exactly as written, but we can split into items. The duties are a long paragraph with many sentences separated by periods. We'll break each sentence into a list item. - .
Qualifications section: Masters’ degree in mental health field (Social Work, MFT, or Psychology). Licensed for two (2) years and in good standing with California Board of Behavioral Sciences, preferred. Extensive experience working with homeless individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Preferred Qualifications: At least five (5) years of management/supervisory experience.
We can split into items or keep as paragraphs. Use
- for list of qualifications? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So qualifications is a list of requirements; we can use
- .
Thus:
