About the role
This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Own underwriting performance management and develop strategies for profitability
- Evaluate performance metrics to assess growth, customer experience, and contract compliance
- Lead pricing claims reserve management and drive administrative risk modifications
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, offering performance insights
- Support financial closing processes and contribute to forecasting efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise a growth roadmap
- Enhance claims process and data strategies for improved adjudication and fraud management
- Lead and empower a high-performing team through accountability and collaboration
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in program management within a retail or underwriting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Business/Finance
- Strong business acumen and financial skills
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases
- Exceptional analytical and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to influence without direct authority across multiple functions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Pay
$160,000 – $200,000 annually
