Senior Director - Product & Platform Engineering

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $180,600 – $300,999 annually.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the roadmap for a unified platform
• Lead engineering teams ensuring uninterrupted business capabilities
• Drive efforts to consolidate channel-specific capabilities into a unified platform
• Provide technical leadership for modern architecture and performance engineering
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align modernization with business objectives
• Mentor and develop engineering leadership and teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience
• 7+ years leading multiple engineering teams and people leaders
• Track record in digital transformation and customer experience modernization
• Experience delivering large-scale digital products across web and mobile
• Strong understanding of customer engagement across digital channels
