Senior Director, Product Management - Trust Intelligence Platform

About the role

The Salesforce Trust Intelligence Platform product leader will be responsible for setting strategic vision, engaging with customers and partners, and delivering platform products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical product management, experience with security and cloud-based platform services, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Help set strategic vision with executive management and the roadmaps needed to get there.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal collaborators to resolve business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations peers to deliver both strategic and tactical plans and objectives.
  • Own the delivery of platform products and services from planning to delivery and iteration, with strong product sense and customer focus.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a technical product management or related role.
  • Demonstrated experience working on and efficiently delivering technical cloud-based and enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience assembling and translating technical product requirements into an actionable product roadmap, with a track record of delivering in an agile/lean environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Track record of successfully building alliances with teams in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical product manager for Security, Identity & Access, and/or Platform Engineering products.
  • Proven understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms, including one of the major cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

Skills

Strong communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to execute in a matrix environment are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to leverage these skills to drive innovation and protect customer data at scale.

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is $218,400 - $365,200 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $263,200 - $401,400 annually.
