The Experience

At Salesforce, Trust is our #1 value. The Salesforce Trust Platform product management team is responsible for the strategy and delivery of the platform capabilities and services that enable security, availability, scale, and compliance for Salesforce products. Our mission is to protect customer data at scale and maintain their trust. We build security and infrastructure platform products working closely with key stakeholders including developers, security engineers, and business unit leaders.

We are looking for a Product Management leader to join the team as product leader for the Trust Intelligence Platform product portfolio. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading technical product management teams in the areas of security and/or cloud-based platform services. They know how to put the customer and user at the center of their work, translating business and user requests into requirements and solutions. They are data-driven, ensuring we are strategically working toward the right outcomes, and have a strong bias for action. Strong communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to execute in a matrix environment will ensure they can succeed in an area that is a key priority for the company.

  • Platform Product Management — Own the delivery of platform products and services from planning to delivery and iteration, with strong product sense and customer focus.

You're Our Person If...

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Track record of successfully building alliances with teams in a matrix environment.

Even Better If...
