About the role

The role involves leading the Engineering 360 team to optimize Capital One’s Card developer experience, automating routine tasks and enhancing automation for better application management. The leader will also build a world-class team to deliver exceptional experiences for developers.
Responsibilities
- Owns the strategy and execution of the vision for Capital One’s Card Business
- Empowers and leads a team to deliver on the journey of transforming the Card Business
- Builds and leads a world-class team to deliver on this journey
- Works with leaders across the company to find and take advantage of valuable shared services
- Drives a continuous discovery process, optimizing for efficiency and quality
- Delivers value to the Card business and its customers by accelerating innovation and engineer enablement
Requirements
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Experience working with a diverse team to drive organizational alignment
- Experience in human centered design and problem solving
- Experience in technology-driven solutions and innovation
- Experience in integrated problem solving and risk mitigation
- Experience in transformational leadership and cross-functional team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 7+ years of Product Management experience

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location:
- Mclean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
