Senior Director, Product Management- Consumer Developer Experience
About The Team
This role is within Capital One’s Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Marketing Transformation team. ECP is responsible for Capital One’s digital customer experiences, including its award-winning mobile app, its online presence, as well as its marketing and messaging technology ecosystem. Within ECP, our team has a bold mission to transform the marketing infrastructure for Capital One and is accountable for billions of critical customer touchpoints per month across servicing and marketing.
This product leader is responsible for critical capabilities within our marketing stack, specifically ownership of existing platforms operating at enterprise scale, owning the vision and roadmap associated with those platforms, in addition to optimizing in-market performance. This individual will work with the lines of business to deeply understand business needs and areas of opportunity. This role will leverage those learnings to continually improve owned platforms and build our destination Martech stack, including high-quality implementation of LOB needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 7 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
