About the role

This Senior Director-level role is chartered to lead the strategy and delivery for a major business unit and transform well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and mitigates risk related to critical business operating processes such as terms and account closures.
• Interfaces directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators.
• Develops a clear vision and tangible design for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model.
• Defines and executes delivery and change management across people, process, and technology.
• Supports the business on an ongoing basis while operating the team.
• Partners closely with risk partners and second and third line teams.
• Leads cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in human centered, business focused, technology driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.

Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $245,100 to $335,700 annually.
