About the role

This Senior Director-level role is chartered to lead the strategy and delivery for a major business unit and transform well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and mitigates risk related to critical business operating processes including terms and account closures.
• Interfacing directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators.
• Developing a clear vision and tangible design for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model.
• Leading cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in five key areas of Product Management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
