Lead, mentor, and grow a Hardware Product Management team, building the discipline, talent, and operating rhythms required to deliver against an ambitious roadmap.
Own the full Product Lifecycle from concept through end-of-life - including discovery, definition, development, launch, in-life performance management, and portfolio rationalization.

Define portfolio-level KPIs (attach, NPS, return rate, engagement, LTV impact, gross margin) and lead executive-level post-launch reviews that feed learnings back into the roadmap.
Own competitive intelligence and consumer research at the portfolio level, maintaining a current executive view of category trends, pricing dynamics, and unmet needs in connected fitness.
