Deep analytical capability; comfortable owning KPI frameworks and using performance data to drive portfolio-level prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
Experience establishing governance structures, operating models, and planning cadences for large, multi-team product programs.
Experience building or owning foundational/platform products (APIs, infrastructure, developer tooling) consumed by both internal teams and external customers and partners.
