Senior Director, Product Management

About the Role

The Risk Management Product team is seeking an experienced Product leader to lead the strategic transformation of Credit and Financial Risk Management technology platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team on a mission to redesign how we manage risk, leveraging technology and AI to make risk management more nimble and lower risk. You will be a key member of the Credit and Financial Risk Management leadership team, leading a team of Product Managers and partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive results. In this role, you will gain exposure to key risk management processes and decision makers at Capital One, enabling change that will touch every line of business while combining innovation, user experience, and well-managed outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 7 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

• Chicago, IL: $245,100 – $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• McLean, VA: $269,600 – $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• New York, NY: $294,100 – $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $245,100 – $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI)
