Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
- Drive data-informed product decisions by leveraging analytics and research to optimize features and performance.
- Oversee multiple complex product lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical norms.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management with a strong focus on product strategy and roadmap development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-driven outcomes using advanced analytics.
- Expertise in guiding product discovery, hypothesis framing, and lean experimentation methodologies.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, influencing, and building consensus across varied groups.
- Deep understanding of technology trends, competitive landscapes, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated capability to align product vision with business objectives and market demands.
- Commitment to ethical leadership, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 15 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Supervisory experience.

Pay
- Bentonville, Arkansas: The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00.
- San Bruno, California: The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
