Senior Director, Process Management- Workforce Operations & Enablement (Hybrid)

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large teams for workforce processes
• Design and manage initiatives for business improvement
• Monitor and act on network health with Operations leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment
• Build relationships with stakeholders for delivery assurance
• Act as a subject matter expert on process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• 7+ years in Process Management
• 7+ years in People Management
• 4+ years in strategic planning
• 2+ years using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Pay

Compensation: $229,700 – $262,100 annually
