This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Support leadership in goal setting and operational KPIs
- Manage project milestones, dependencies, and budgets
- Implement project and risk management best practices
- Lead process improvement initiatives and identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate alliance management with drug development partners
- Organize and coordinate core team meetings for effective decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree required; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in drug development or commercial environments
- 5+ years in leadership roles in global portfolio settings
- Solid knowledge of managing complex global portfolios
- Experience in Oncology/Hematology drug development is preferred
Pay
$214,500 – $284,500 annually
