Senior Director, Platform Product

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Platform Product to lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Evo Tech Platform. This person will serve as the senior internal product leader for the initiative, responsible for shaping the vision, understanding business and user needs, translating those needs into clear product priorities, and driving the roadmap from concept through launch and continued evolution. You will work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand requirements, align priorities, and ensure the product supports both user needs and business objectives. You will also serve as the primary product counterpart to external technology partners supporting the initiative, helping set direction, make product decisions, and drive delivery against agreed goals. This is not an engineering leadership role. You will not be expected to manage an engineering organization or own software architecture or infrastructure. You should, however, be technically fluent enough to work effectively with technical teams and partners, understand tradeoffs, ask the right questions, and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. At our size, this is a hands-on product leadership role. The right person is comfortable moving between long-term strategy, stakeholder alignment, product requirements, prioritization, partner management, and launch execution. Although we are a remote company, this role must reside in the Greater Los Angeles, Greater San Francisco, or Greater Las Vegas area.
