This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design experiences using customer-centric principles and feedback
- Drive engagement with growth initiatives
- Leverage data and insights to assess program effectiveness
- Manage relationships with vendors and junior team members
- Identify workforce capabilities needed for organizational goals
- Design programs focused on AI literacy and future skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in employee or organizational development programs
- 15+ years of total experience in Human Resources preferred
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Strong understanding of emerging technology and AI's implications for workforce development
Pay
$170,900 – $215,000 annually
