About the role
The Senior Director of Partnerships at Stand Together will lead a team of top fundraisers in building and growing win-win partnerships with influential people in the country. The role involves leading a best-in-class donor experience, teaching and developing talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise and execute impactful strategic plans.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team to grow win-win partnerships with some of the most influential people in the country to achieve our ambitious goals to positively affect the human condition.
- Elevate the importance of the Stand Together relationship with these partners to be one of the top priorities in their lives.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions associated with the benefits of partnering with Stand Together to drive positive social change and empower individuals to overcome barriers.
- Teach and infuse world class revenue generation skills and aptitudes into partnership teams, including portfolio planning, opportunity planning, and applying data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with talented cross-functional teams to devise and execute impactful strategic plans to grow revenue across the entire partner portfolio.
- Drive a positive, accountable culture that cultivates win-win relationships based on mutual value creation.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
- 5+ years of experience in a value-focused relationship management environment such as fundraising, outside sales, consulting, or business development.
- 2+ years of supervising experience.
- Strong supervisory experience with a demonstrated background in cultivating and developing talent while driving growth.
- Demonstrated experience and leadership in strategic sales cycles, moves management, and stewardship (providing and articulating value) outreach with 8+ figure portfolios.
- Deep familiarity with partner journey/sales cycle process and enablement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of humility and integrity.
- Proficient with technology including MS Office suite of products and proficiency with CRMs, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the United States.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $215,000 per year. In addition to base salary, additional bonus earnings may represent a meaningful portion of total compensation.
