Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and scale Tier-1 embedded payment partnerships
- Identify and engage new partners in industry verticals, developing executive-level relationships
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential prospects, driving them to commercial agreement
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and beyond
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution workshops and strategy refinement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in business development, partnerships, payments, or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Deep understanding of payment technologies, APIs, and integration processes
- Proven ability to structure deals and drive revenue through partnerships
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing complex relationships
- Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with embedded finance or payment solutions highly desirable

Pay
$111,605 – $131,300 annually
