National salary range: $185,000 - $235,000.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers—each serving individual customers with unique requirements. You’ll cultivate customer relationships, becoming an extension of their business and enabling DHL Supply Chain to play a critical role in their success. This position is a vital link between each distribution center and senior leadership, accountable for the success and growth of the group.
You’ll drive a culture of performance and results through your teams, assemble and direct strong teams at each distribution center, and support their professional development at all levels. You’ll also develop a strong network across DHL Supply Chain’s functional departments to support your group’s performance. As a key member of the management team of the largest global supply chain company, you’ll have access to development and educational programs to help your leaders grow, and work with your manager to shape your career direction. The role offers entrepreneurial-like freedom to structure your business unit.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of logistics industry experience
- 9–10 years of management experience
