Responsibilities

  • Define a holistic user acquisition growth strategy encompassing paid and organic efforts
  • Own marketing investment efficiency and drive resource allocation based on LTV:CAC
  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across various acquisition channels
  • Influence product-led growth features with Product and Engineering teams
  • Utilize the family community as a growth asset through user-generated content
  • Translate acquisition insights to inform the product roadmap
  • Champion A/B testing across acquisition channels and product surfaces

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of growth experience in consumer subscription
  • 4+ years in senior leadership with Director-level oversight
  • Mastery in both paid and organic acquisition strategies
  • Proven track record of scaling channels or brands
  • Expert proficiency in data analytics and BI tools
  • Ability to thrive in a resource-constrained startup environment
