If you live in a state bordering Minnesota, you must live within 50 miles or less from the primary work location to be eligible for telework.*** The Senior Director of Talent Management and Development partners closely with the organization’s performance management function to integrate performance data, insights, and identify development needs into talent management, learning, leadership development, and workforce development strategies, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring the workforce is equipped to meet the organization's current and future needs. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall development within the organization. The incumbent leads the creation of innovative learning solutions, oversees leadership development, executive coaching learning and development evaluation, helps improve retention, productivity, and organizational performance, and aligns training initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization. By driving organizational learning, performance management and engagement, this position enhances employee learning and development, supports career progression, and ensures the long-term success and adaptability of the organization.
