The pay range for this role is:

  • 207,000 - 362,250 USD per year (US)

About the Role

We need a Senior Director of Product to lead this critical part of the business.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan for Rippling's product offerings.

Manage a team of Product Managers to deliver high-quality, innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of product features and initiatives.

Drive product innovation through research, analysis, and experimentation, ensuring that Rippling stays ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, partners, and investors.

Requirements

Proven track record of leading product management teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Experience managing complex, mission-critical software products.

Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies and user-centered design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.

Experience with financial modeling and budgeting, as well as a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company.

Experience with cloud-based software products and services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Passion for technology and a deep understanding of how it impacts businesses and people.

Skills

Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
