About the role

The Senior Director of Partnerships will lead strategic initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to develop innovative partnership strategies that align with OU Education Services' goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage key partnerships that align with OU Education Services' mission and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on partnership goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry developments and partner with relevant organizations to foster mutually beneficial relationships.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership development and management, preferably within higher education or related fields.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience with AI tools for partnership analysis is a plus.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven success in partnership development and management.
  • Experience in higher education or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
